RSM US LLP in Philadelphia is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Financial Services Insurance team. This role leads and develops staff, delivers complex insurance tax services, and coordinates client communications across the firm.

You will advise on planning, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions activities, manage tax projects, and stay current with tax law changes while ensuring high-quality client service and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field.
• Active CPA/EA/Attorney license or approved alternative certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or insurance-focused work.
• Experience with C-Corps, S-Corps or Partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• May have people leadership responsibilities.
• Train and develop staff members.
• Provide tax technical guidance on insurance-related issues.
• Coordinate client communications and manage risk for client and firm.
• Advise clients on planning, compliance, and M&A activities.
• Review research findings for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support new business development and expanded service opportunities.
• Manage corporate tax needs and compliance for federal/state taxes.
• Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
