Cherry Bekaert LLP in South Florida is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to support its Core Tax Services team on a hybrid schedule (average 2-3 days per week in office). You will manage the client’s tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and recognize planning opportunities as the main point of contact.

Role includes training and developing staff, leading engagements and reviewing complex returns, while leveraging project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; Master’s preferred.
• CPA designation with an active license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entity structures and corporate taxation understood.

• Manage client tax compliance needs and tax planning opportunities.
• Lead engagements and provide review of complex returns.
• Train and develop less experienced staff.
• Serve as main client contact and manage workflows, deadlines and communications.
