Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Sr. Tax Manager to lead tax provision, compliance, reporting, and indirect tax for a public company environment. You will oversee federal, state, and international tax matters, support SOX 404 controls, manage audits, and partner with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a publicly traded company environment.
• Strong background in corporate income tax, tax provision, Sales & Use Tax, and state tax compliance.
• Experience with SEC reporting, tax footnotes, and SOX controls.
• ERP experience, with Workday strongly preferred.
• CPA designation is a plus; Big 4 background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740), including deferred taxes, tax rate reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, multi-state filings, nexus analysis and audits.
• Support Sales & Use Tax processes and ensure cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Maintain and improve SOX 404 controls, documentation, and testing procedures.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors on audits and reviews.
• Lead international tax reporting, including GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing.
