The role supports the Tax Director on major transactions and ongoing tax projects.

Requirements include 10+ years in tax compliance, strong accounting/analytical skills, and proficiency with tax software (Excel, OneSource, SAP). Hybrid work arrangement; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax compliance experience, including consolidated Federal and combined state returns.
• Experience with Multinational Tax Provisions
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; able to explain tax implications to senior management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Experience with tax technology tools (Excel, OneSource, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic income tax work papers and income tax returns (Federal, state, local).
• Prepare income tax extensions and quarterly estimates.
• Support Tax Director on major transactions and various tax projects.
• Compile data and respond to inquiries from tax authorities, including audits.
• Prepare consolidated tax provision and quarterly effective tax rates for interim reporting.
• Maintain documentation for income tax provision and calendar.
