The position requires a strong technical tax background, 8 years of related experience, and a mix of on-site and remote work. A CPA or master's degree is preferred, with a competitive total rewards package offered.

• Leads income tax accounting and reporting activities under ASC 740, including quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and SEC disclosures.
• Provides tax research and planning support by monitoring changes in tax laws and assessing financial statement impacts.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and SOX 404-compliant documentation and controls.
• Leads complex provision and compliance deliverables across multiple jurisdictions and business units.
• Prepares audit-ready documentation for significant estimates and uncertain positions.
• Designs and operates internal controls over tax processes and automation.
