Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of tax experience in public accounting (Manager or Sr level preferred)
• Hands-on technical depth in U.S. and international tax (GILTI/NCTI, Subpart F, FTCs)
• Experience preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns and workpapers
• Knowledge of indirect tax (VAT, Use Tax, GST) in a compliance setting
• CPA licensed or within one exam section of completion
• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own U.S. international tax compliance workpapers and schedules across CFCs and partnerships
• Maintain CFC/partnership analyses and coordinate with external advisors
• Monitor Pillar Two developments and IRS guidance for compliance implications
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements for cross-border transactions
• Prepare tax return packages and review external federal/state returns
• Own withholding and information reporting obligations (Forms 1099, 1042-S, 8804)
• Build and maintain the tax compliance calendar and deadlines
