Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. corporate and individual tax compliance
• Support international tax matters, including cross-border reporting and filings
• Manage FBAR/Form 8938 and other regulatory requirements
• Assist with tax provision (ASC 740) and planning initiatives
• Partner with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions
