Job summary

Jobot, a leading accounting firm, is hiring a Tax Manager to lead our rapidly growing Business Tax Services practice. This fully remote role serves clients nationwide from Seattle-area base.

You will review returns for partnerships and S-Corps, oversee staff, and drive quality and growth. We offer 4-5 weeks vacation, Summer Fridays, generous 401k, full benefits, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting.
• 3+ years in a managerial role reviewing Partnerships and S-Corps returns.
• CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Tax Services practice.

• Mentor and develop staff.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and quality standards.
