Qualifications

• CPA or EA designation required.
• 8+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to grow a small practice and its team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for high-net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Manage billing responsibilities for managed engagements.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering strategic tax planning and compliance solutions.
• Provide support for managing partner to begin transition of well-established book of business.
• Research technical tax issues.
• Assist or lead in development of tax staff and seniors, including mentoring.
• Participate in firm leadership, collaborating with partners on client management, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
