Leoforce is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead planning, compliance, and advisory services for C-corps, S-corps, and high-net-worth clients in the Warrendale area. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and client service excellence.

The candidate will manage tax research, returns, audits, and risk mitigation while collaborating with a team to enhance tax processes and deliver strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CTC designation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a tax manager role or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, planning, compliance, and research.
• Experience managing a diverse client portfolio including C-corps, S-corps, and high net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing for various entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Conduct tax research to identify risks and optimize strategies.
• Provide tax advisory services and explain implications to clients.
• Prepare accurate tax returns and assist with audits and disputes.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and inform clients and team.
• Collaborate with the team to improve tax processes.
