Leoforce is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals and entities. You will lead tax planning, conduct advanced research, and guide junior staff in a remote setting with occasional in-person Pennsylvania meetings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA a plus) with 5+ years in tax preparation for 1120S/S corp and high net worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of tax preparation and planning experience, focusing on 1120S, S Corp, and high net worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations; experience in income tax return preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and S corporations.
• Lead tax planning processes to optimize obligations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct complex tax research and provide planning advice to high net worth individuals and corporations.
• Prepare and review 1120S returns and advise on tax implications and strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and provide leadership and training.
