Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax experience with individuals, partnerships, trusts and corporations.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Experience managing and mentoring tax staff or associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of tax associates.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance and optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Attend client meetings and present findings and recommendations.
