Ideal candidates have 4+ years of tax experience, CPA credentials (or pursuit), and proficiency with QuickBooks, with strong communication and leadership abilities to thrive in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax experience.
• CPA designation or working toward CPA.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• External relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax research and analysis.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee and manage a team of tax associates.
• Attend client meetings and deliver presentations.
