PwC seeks an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager to guide clients through complex tax regulations, optimize tax positions, and ensure compliance. You will lead tax compliance initiatives, review financial data, and deliver strategic tax planning while coaching teams towards inclusive excellence.

You will convey holistic messages, apply systems thinking to tax processes, and drive client relationships with sound judgment and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
6+ years of experience.
One of CPA, Bar, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

Lead tax compliance initiatives for asset & wealth management clients, ensuring adherence to complex regulations.
Review and analyze financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
Validate clients' compliance with tax laws and minimize non-compliance risks through strategic planning.
Craft and convey clear messages to clients and stakeholders.
Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax compliance processes.
Direct teams through complex situations with composure and strategic problem solving.
Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
Make informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
Model and reinforce PwC tax and audit standards and independence requirements.
Build and maintain relationships to provide strategic tax guidance.
