PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Associate to support tax compliance and advisory work for clients in asset and wealth management. You will review financial data, prepare tax returns, and help clients navigate complex tax rules, while mentoring junior staff and guiding workstreams.

You will analyze tax law updates, coordinate multiple engagements, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing client tax data, financial statements, and records to prepare and file tax returns.
• Analyzing tax law, regulatory updates, and client patterns to identify filing requirements.
• Preparing tax workpapers, schedules, and draft submissions for asset and wealth management clients.
• Translating complex compliance findings into actionable recommendations for engagement teams.
• Coordinating multiple workstreams and tracking deadlines across engagements.
• Applying tax research and accounting knowledge to support return positions.
• Monitoring data for inconsistencies and potential filing risks before submission.
• Supporting client communications by clarifying documentation needs.
• Guiding junior team members on tasks and reviewing for accuracy.
• Contributing to process improvements for tax compliance delivery.
