Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager to guide clients through complex tax regulations, optimize tax positions, and ensure compliance across engagements.

You will lead tax compliance initiatives for asset & wealth management clients, review financial data, file accurate returns, and mentor diverse teams while delivering strategic tax advice that strengthens client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience.
• CPA, Bar or other relevant credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance initiatives for asset & wealth management clients, ensuring adherence to complex tax regulations.
• Review and analyze financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
• Validate client compliance with tax laws and minimize non-compliance risks through strategic planning.
• Craft clear messages to tell a holistic tax story to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax processes.
• Direct teams through complex situations with composure and problem-solving.
• Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce PwC tax/audit guidance and independence requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships to provide strategic tax guidance.
