Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• CPA, Bar or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Responsibilities

• Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements
• Utilizing analytical thinking to review and analyze financial data for tax compliance
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while minimizing risks
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide strategic tax planning advice
• Overseeing the drafting and submission of regulatory tax documents
• Promoting the use of innovative digital tools and practices in tax compliance processes
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax savings
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Validating adherence to professional and technical standards in all tax-related activities
