Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager in Chicago to guide clients through complex tax regulations and optimize tax positions while ensuring compliance. You will lead teams, coach staff, and deliver strategic tax planning and high-quality client service.

You will review financial data, file tax returns, and build relationships with clients to provide insightful tax advice. A bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience are required, with relevant credentials

• CPA, Bar, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading tax compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
• Validating clients' compliance with tax laws and minimizing risks through strategic tax planning.
• Crafting and conveying clear messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems in tax compliance processes.
• Directing teams through complex situations with composure and strategic problem solving.
• Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
