Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager in Dallas to guide clients through complex tax regulations, optimize positions, and ensure compliance. You will lead teams, coach colleagues, and deliver strategic tax advice while maintaining professional and technical standards.

You will develop clear client communications, validate outcomes, and drive exceptional client relationships across engagements. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• At least one of CPA, Bar or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients.
• Review and analyze financial data to prepare and file tax returns.
• Validate clients' compliance with tax laws and minimize non-compliance risk.
• Craft clear messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems in tax compliance processes.
• Direct teams through complex situations with composure and strategic problem solving.
• Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce PwC tax/audit guidance and independence requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships to provide strategic tax advice.
