Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Alternative Investment Funds tax practice in California. You will oversee tax projects, deliver innovative planning, and ensure compliance for private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate, and related vehicle structures.

You will supervise Seniors, Associates, and Interns, while engaging in client communication, deadlines, and cross-functional market activities. A CPA/JD and 6+ years of tax experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm (Alternative Investment Funds experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in accounting/economics or related field.
• Advanced credential allowing for client representation before IRS (CPA or JD).
• Self-starter with initiative to seek opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of technology.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and deadlines, and lead change efforts.
• Engage in business development activities (proposals, webinars, cross-line collaboration).
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates, and Interns.
