Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations across industries.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and communicate findings through written reports.
• Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and nurture long-term relationships as trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Contribute to proposals and client acquisition; author technical publications and lead internal training.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and career development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise via Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Represent the firm at industry events and enhance brand visibility.
