Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a management or senior leadership role.
  • Deep technical expertise in complex tax structures, compliance, and planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven success managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with tax and research software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

  • Lead strategic tax planning and consulting initiatives, providing proactive guidance to help clients achieve business and financial objectives.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering technical growth and professional excellence.
  • Research and interpret evolving tax laws, identifying implications and opportunities for clients and the firm.

  • Participate in strategic firm initiatives, including workflow optimization and technology adoption.

Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements and play a key role in shaping our firm’s tax practice. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in client advisory, leadership, and team development. The Senior Tax Manager will work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries, providing advanced tax planning, compliance, and consulting services while mentoring emerging leaders within the firm.
