Job summary

Distinct | North America in Miami is seeking a Tax Manager with strong generalist tax experience in Public Accounting. You will oversee a varied client portfolio, review complex Individual and Business Tax Returns, advise clients, and help develop junior staff.

This role offers hybrid work (2–3 days from home), generous PTO, year‑end shutdown, twice yearly bonuses, a 401(k) match, and health, dental and vision coverage. You’ll lead client relationships and own key work streams.
