Job summary

Quanterix is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Tax to lead global tax operations from Billerica, MA in a hybrid environment. This role partners with Accounting, SEC Reporting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors to drive compliant, scalable tax processes and clear decision-making for the business.

The ideal candidate brings extensive corporate tax experience, strong knowledge of ASC 740, transfer pricing, and tax accounting, and the ability to communicate complex matters to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global income tax compliance and reporting (ASC 740) for US and international entities.
• Oversee state/local tax filings and VAT/GST where applicable.
• Coordinate transfer pricing, R&D credit studies, and sections 382 analyses with external advisors.
• Maintain SOX controls and audit-ready tax documentation.
