Quanterix, a global leader in ultra-sensitive biomarker detection, seeks a Senior Accountant in Billerica, MA. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and partners across Accounting, SEC Reporting, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A to support monthly and quarterly close tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP/SOX knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement in a dynamic biopharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum five years accounting experience, preferably at a public company.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for global subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with external audit and footnote schedules for SEC reporting.
• Utilize automation tools to improve close processes and internal controls.
• Support cash flow statements and close tasks across divisions.
