Job summary

Insite US, based in Denver, seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead the tax practice for a varied client base including construction businesses. You will oversee engagements, review complex returns, and guide staff development while building strong client relationships.

The role requires deep federal/state tax knowledge, a CPA license (or Bar qualification), and 10+ years in a US public accounting tax environment. Some remote work may be accommodated.

Qualifications

• Active CPA licence or Bar qualification.
• 10+ years of recent experience in US public accounting tax.
• Significant construction industry client experience.
• Experience preparing/reviewing returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for a portfolio of business and individual clients.
• Manage engagement planning, workflow, and deadlines.
• Review federal and state tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide oversight across entity structures (S-Corp, C-Corp, partnerships, individuals).
• Identify planning opportunities and potential liabilities.
• Oversee quarterly estimated tax calculations and IRS notices.
