Job summary

Insite US in Denver, Colorado seeks a Tax Director to lead construction and business tax engagements. This senior role combines technical tax leadership with client advisory, planning and team development.

The role offers flexible/hybrid work arrangements, opportunities to influence the tax practice, and direct interaction with business owners and senior decision-makers. A CPA license and extensive US public accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
• Active CPA licence or equivalent qualification is required.
• Extensive experience in US public accounting.
• Significant experience advising construction companies and/or other privately held businesses.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of construction and business tax clients with senior-level advisory, planning and compliance.
• Oversee complex tax engagements from planning through completion and manage budgets and timelines.
• Develop and mentor a team of tax professionals across multiple levels.
• Drive business development and growth of the tax practice within the construction sector.
