Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Senior Tax Associate for our Carolantaville Tax team in office-based roles across Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem. You will prepare, review, and supervise tax engagements, collaborating with clients and engagement teams to deliver compliant, timely tax services.

You should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years in public accounting (3 years preferred), with CPA/EA/JD in sight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of public accounting or professional services firm experience; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and supervise tax engagements for S corporation, partnership, and other pass-through returns.
• Partner with clients and engagement teams to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services.
• Research and analyze technical tax issues, developing practical recommendations and solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple engagements and priorities, driving operational excellence while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, technical guidance, and support for professional growth.
• Contribute to a broad range of tax engagements, including C corporation returns, tax provisions, and individual tax returns, as business needs require.
