CLA, a top national professional services firm, seeks a Senior Tax Associate to join our Carolantaville Tax team. You'll work with privately held businesses across industries and gain exposure to complex tax matters in an in-office role.

Responsibilities include preparing and supervising tax returns for S corporations and partnerships, researching issues, mentoring staff, and building client relationships to deliver high‑quality tax services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in public accounting or a professional services firm; 3 years is preferred.
• You are pursuing EA, CPA, or JD license in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and supervise a variety of tax engagements for S corporations, partnerships, and other pass-through entities.
• Partner with clients and engagement teams to provide tax compliance and advisory services.
• Research and analyze technical tax issues, developing practical recommendations.
• Manage multiple engagements and priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and value delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members with coaching and technical guidance.
• Expand expertise through hands-on client work and collaboration with tax professionals.
• Contribute to C corporation returns, tax provisions, and individual tax returns as needed.
