• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or JD license preferred.
• Two or more years of federal tax compliance/consulting experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to middle market to multinational clients.
• Research tax issues, draft IRS responses, and address tax authority inquiries.
• Collaborate with specialty tax groups on state/local, international, credits and incentives.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to firm-wide learning and development.
