• Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to middle market clients.
• Collaborate with partners on complex tax issues and client strategies.
• Assist with tax research, IRS responses, and communications with tax authorities.
• Partner with specialty tax practices on state/local and international matters.
• Support team development and mentorship under Baker Tilly's care philosophy.
• Engage with clients to deliver solutions and maintain strong relationships.
