Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including ability to develop junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities.
• Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements.
• Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers.
• Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Train and mentor staff accountants while supporting team development.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment.
