Job summary

Doeren Mayhew, a leading tax, assurance and advisory firm, seeks a Senior Tax Associate in Punta Gorda & Miami, FL. You will lead preparation of diverse tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate and other sectors, while handling complex issues with sound judgment.

You will mentor junior staff, foster strong client relationships, and participate in practice development to expand the firm’s referral network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of tax returns (individuals, C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, trusts, estates).
• Demonstrate advanced taxation technical aptitude for complex returns.
• Solve complex technical issues using analytical reasoning.
• Review work of less experienced staff and provide mentorship.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
