Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field required.
• 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting or combined corporate/public tax exposure.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S).
• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks, organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to maintain proficiency.
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by contributing insights.
• Collaborate on publications and internal learning sessions to share knowledge.
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to engage with talent.
