Location: Marion, Ohio OR Delaware, OH (In-office, Mon-Fri)
Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience ($75,000-$95,000) + overtime pay during tax season + performance bonus opportunities

Position Overview - Alluvial Private Wealth is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our growing team in a unique, year-round role that brings together tax expertise and financial planning. During tax season, this position will primarily focus on tax preparation and planning, working directly with individuals, families, and business owners across a variety of tax situations.
You will play an integral role in preparing returns, identifying planning opportunities, and helping clients make thoughtful, proactive tax decisions.
Outside of peak tax season, the role will transition into our wealth management practice, where you'll have the opportunity to apply your tax knowledge within the broader context of a client's financial life. You'll support financial planning initiatives, collaborate with advisors on client strategies, and develop experience across areas of comprehensive wealth management.
