Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
  • 2-4 years of public accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of individual and business taxation.
  • Experience with tax preparation, planning, and research.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software preferred.
  • Estate, Gift & Trust or international tax experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism and client service excellence.

The Opportunity

As a Tax Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting tax engagements while expanding your responsibilities in client service, tax planning, research, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Planning
  • Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and related tax returns
  • Assist clients with proactive tax planning opportunities
