• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; a master’s or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA eligibility is required; CPA designation is preferred.
• 3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with privately held businesses and individuals is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities during busy season.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
