• Bachelor''s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 7+ years of payroll tax experience with multi-state/local tax exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ADP Global View, ADP Smart Compliance, or Workday an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage US payroll tax reporting and compliance across federal, state, and local levels.
• Prepare W-2s and amendments, and support year-end tax processes.
• Coordinate with tax manager on SOX controls and audit responses.
• Resolve complex payroll tax queries and drive process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date department SOPs and process maps.
