Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, tax, law, or economics.
• Licensed attorney, CPA, EA or ITP certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional services or tax services organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven conceptual and analytical ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial and tax applications such as Gosystems, Onesource TP, Corp Tax.
• Proficient in tax and accounting technologies and principles.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax and accounting filings and perform related analysis.
• Compile data, documentation, and tax calculations across engagements.
• Manage client relationships; ensure data quality and timely delivery.
• Lead engagements and teams to drive service quality and delivery.
• Support business development through client pursuit activities.
• Develop processes and gain cross-functional alignment for client work.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and mentor team members.
