Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Licensed professional in tax (CPA/EA) or equivalent; or attorney with tax credentials.
• Minimum 5 years in a professional services or tax environment.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax and accounting regulatory work with limited supervision.
• Lead and review engagement deliverables; coordinate team delivery.
• Research tax law issues and provide advisory guidance to clients.
• Mentor teammates and manage client relationships across engagements.
• Support business development through pursuit calls and client presentations.
