Job summary

Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to join its Tax Advisory Services team in a hybrid work setting. You will handle tax compliance, advisory work, and research for corporate, individual, and partnership returns while engaging with clients across varied industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of three years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license eligibility.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted member of the engagement team and provide various tax compliance and advisory services.
• Prepare and review returns for engagements for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
• Stay up-to-date on new standards and laws, participate in tax research projects, and address tax authority inquiries.
• Proactively communicate with engagement team and client on complex tax matters.
• Support professional development via coaching and mentoring.
