Schneider Downs & Co., Inc invites a Business Advisory Senior to join our Business Advisory Services group. You will support diverse engagements including investigations, due diligence, and financial advisory, in a team setting.

We offer a hybrid work model combining home office and in‑person collaboration and opportunities for professional growth. This role transitions from traditional accounting to advisory services, with exposure to high‑level financial projects and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of three years of Audit, transactions and/or consulting experience.
• Prior public accounting experience; CPA/CFE/CFF preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on complex accounting and finance issues including technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and buyouts.
• Participate in forensic and litigation engagements or special assignments.
• Support outsourced accounting and finance services at the client site or remotely.
• Prepare valuations, financial models and related analyses.
