Job description

Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst

Carolina PRG has partnered with a Multi-Billion dollar company in Charlotte, NC, to find a Senior Tax Analyst.

Salary Range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial statements to identify book vs. tax adjustments.
  • Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
  • Assist with federal income tax return consolidation.
  • Assist with S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting of income tax metrics.
  • Assist with income tax audits.
  • Prepare tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Conduct scenario planning and modeling for business expansion or restructuring.
  • Research tax issues and draft memoranda.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or Business with a focus on Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in public accounting (tax).
  • CPA or CPA candidate.
