Amentum is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst - Tax Advisory to join our dynamic tax team. You will assist with tax research, planning, controversy, and M&A projects across domestic and international scopes while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires a JD/CPA and 5+ years of relevant experience, with US citizenship and ability to work within driving distance to Fort Worth, Texas. The position offers local-remote-telework options and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm and/or multinational public company.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.
• JD or CPA and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Support domestic and international tax advisory projects, including financing transactions and cash repatriation, restructurings, withholding and indirect taxes, and tax support for M&A.
• Perform technical tax research and support planning, modeling, and structuring projects.
• Support U.S. R&D tax credit claims and documentation.
• Assist with documenting key tax positions, risks, and intercompany agreements.
• Work with Legal, Business Development, Contracts, and Treasury teams.
