Amentum is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst - Tax Advisory to join our dynamic tax team. You will help with tax research, planning, and controversy, supporting projects from M&A to international tax issues, and coordinating with Legal, Business Development, Contracts, and Treasury teams.

This is a local-remote-telework position requiring residence within driving distance of Amentum offices in Northern-Virginia, Fort Worth, or Oak Ridge.

Qualifikationen

• Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm and/or multinational public company with a JD, CPA and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.
• Local-remote-telework role; driving distance to Amentum offices in Northern-Virginia, Fort Worth-Texas, or Oak Ridge-Tennessee.

Aufgaben

• Support domestic and international tax advisory projects, including financing, cash repatriation, restructurings, withholding and indirect tax matters, and M&A tax support.
• Perform technical tax research and support planning, modeling, and structuring projects.
• Support U.S. R&D tax credit claims and documentation.
• Assist with researching tax exemptions under bilateral defense-type agreements (SOFA).
• Assist with tax audits and controversies across jurisdictions, including data gathering and audit responses.
