The Norris Group seeks an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our Client Tax & Advisory Services team. You will prepare complex returns, mentor junior staff, and help manage client relationships and workflow across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• CPA or EA required.
• Progressive public accounting tax experience with complex tax return preparation and workpapers.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and multistate tax compliance.
• Ability to independently conduct client consultations and communicate service recommendations.
• Experience coordinating work and mentoring colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and other assigned tax returns and supporting workpapers.
• Perform first-level reviews and provide clear notes.
• Research tax matters and elevate complex positions as needed.
• Coordinate daily assignments, priorities, and status communication.
• Mentor Tax Associates and reinforce tax procedures and quality expectations.
