Qualifications

• CPA license required and active with state CPA board.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with individual and business tax returns.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Lead client meetings and present tax strategies.
• Support high-level tax planning initiatives.
• Mentor Tax Associates and junior staff.
