Qualifications

• CPA certification or current pursuit required.
• 3-6 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with Construction/Real Estate clients preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations, day trips with minimal overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of tax engagements.
• Prepare business and individual tax returns.
• Perform field work to include the preparation of complex work papers and monitoring the work paper preparation of Staff Accountants.
• Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Training and mentoring Staff Accountants.
• Continually learn and become a subject matter expert in your area(s) of interest.
