Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Associate for our Private Client Services (PCS) practice in the San Diego area. You will prepare and review tax returns, build client relationships, and stay current with tax laws and industry standards.

You will mentor junior staff and participate in ongoing professional development, contributing to exceptional client service and teamwork within a large, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Professional Development: Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.
