• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and ethical commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and preparation or compilation of financials for clients.
• Review records and discuss accounting and business matters with clients.
• Lead client engagements and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate team efforts to meet deadlines.
• Support staff development and contribute to firm growth initiatives.
